Particulars The 84 soldiers who embarked at Texel included 7 gunners. The KLEVERSKERKE called at Duins (26 till 28-04) and at S. Tiago (from 22 till 27-05-1750). The ship did not call at the Cape but at False Bay. It also called at Bantam, where 59 soldiers disembarked. The 15 deceased military included 3 gunners, 4 gunners disembarked at Batavia. As appears from a resolution of gouverneur-generaal en raden the KLEVERSKERKE was wrecked during a voyage to Macassar in 1761.
