Following an international meeting in Greifswald (Germany) in 2015 (‘Zwischen Aufklärung und Moderne: Erweckungsbewegungen als historiographische Herausforderung’), ACRH will organise another conference in order to promote conceptual, transnational and multidisciplinary research on local revivals in their global contexts between 1780 and 1920. The conference include two days in Amsterdam and an excursion to the Herrnhut memomorial site in Zeist. Keynote lectures will be held by Klaus Koschorske, Joachim Schiedermair and Ian Suarsana.
